Brilliant location right next to the coach station and short walk to all the amenities. Staff very friendly and Wayne is a delight. Owner very accommodating in changing our room to a lower floor prior to our arrival, which was greatly appreciated. Will be returning.

Location was ideal for the seafront. Beds were fairly comfortable.
The shower didnt seem to get hot, same with the sink tap. Tv wouldn't link to the hotel WiFi as signal is poor.
