Very cozy place, nice location, very nice space to chill.
Our room smelled a bit odd, not sure if it was smoke (in a smoke free room) or just a bit old.

Beautiful property. Felt like a villa in the lobby/restaurant/common area. Room was clean, bathroom was good size, shower pressure was excellent, staff was helpful, each room having it's own balcony was nice. Location was perfect as it is a 5 min walk to Kyoto Station and there is a convenient store next door.
More space in the room to place luggage would've been nice. But as a solo traveler it was fine.

We had a great stay here. The location is super convenient—literally a 5-minute walk from the train station, and you are surrounded by lots of restaurants. The hotel itself is very clean, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast was perfect every morning. A huge thank you to the staff, who were so polite and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!
My only regret is that we stayed at this hotel for only two nights. I would have liked to stay longer.

Clean and 5 min walk to Kyoto station. Main bus terminal also within an 8 min walk. Shopping mall 5 mins away. Can’t beat the location! Free washer and dryer. Massage chairs.
Please dont go there if you are a family of more than 4. They don’t let you sit in groups of more than 4 in common areas and you have to sign that agreement too. The welcome drinks are below average at best.
They will not do an early check in and give any grace period for late checkouts unless you pay 3000Y per hour. They also can’t forward luggage if it’s being forwarded to an Airbnb.
