Room, bathroom and bed linens were clean. Blackout curtains available, no noise during the night. Room has AC (useful during summer). Location is perfect, right in the city center. Lots of shops, restaurants, supermarkets nearby. Reliable wifi available. Staff was friendly and I've seen guests were able to store their luggage after checkout at reception.
Nothing, it was perfect for us.

The location was amazing and the room was super clean! The room as described, small, and perfect for a short stay in Madrid. The staff was nice.

It was clean and Peter and his partner were helpful and friendly.
There was no way to make a hot drink inspite of ‘kettle’ being listed as one of the facilities. I would have liked some instruction prior to arriving as o how to get in the front door, I had to ring the phone number in order to get in.
