À notre arrivée, on n’avait pas de chambre car il l’avait donné à d’autres personnes (erreur). Ils ont fait le nécessaire pour nous installé dans une autre chambre car nous ne voulions pas retourner dans la chambre non nettoyée.

The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the balcony.

The bathroom had a very poor sound isolation, I could hear a person from the other room using the toilet and watching videos on their phone! I could hear every single little sound coming from the neighbours' bathroom, I felt quite uncomfortable. The "gym" was a disaster, there were barely any machines and all of them were rusty and genuinely unsafe to use. The gym should not be listed for this property because it is completely useless and even unsafe. The food was bland, very very greasy dinner dishes. Breakfasts were acceptable, but below average in comparison with other hotels. The guests population was mainly the elderly, I did not see a single person below 60 years of age during my stay, which was a bit of a shame for younger travellers if they wish to hang out with anybody. From time to time it felt like I was staying at a home for the elderly... Lastly, it was very buzzy and noisy at night - each evening there would be some sort of event going on in the bar and it was hard to fall asleep before midnight.

Located in a good spot, close to the beach and the promenade. Food was ok. Staff friendly.
