Bamboo Sapa Hotel

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Bamboo Sapa Hotel! The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. One of the highlights was the amazing excursion the hotel arranged for us. Everything was beautifully organized, and we had such a memorable time exploring the breathtaking scenery of Sapa. We truly appreciated their help in making this experience so special. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! A wonderful selection of delicious food, with plenty of options to enjoy. It was such a lovely way to start each morning. Another highlight was the beautiful outdoor swimming pool. Although it’s relatively small, it’s absolutely charming and provides a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The combination of warm hospitality, excellent breakfast, beautiful surroundings, and attentive service made our stay truly enjoyable. We would happily recommend Bamboo Sapa Hotel to anyone visiting Sapa!

Nothing significant! We had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Very good hotel

Noise in the night

Location and view

Nothing definitely not a 5 star hotel

Unhelpful staff, too many rules about the hotel. Don’t do this or that or you will be charged for it😡😡😡
