Loved they we had an opportunity to stay in a traditional hotel. Interior was beautiful. Rooms very quiet, and private. Super clean throughout. Location was very good.

I like the Japanese style as a hotel, it’s very close to the trains and Shibuya, overall a nice stay.
We asked to use an iron and it was so covered with black that when we used it the iron stained our clothes and ruined the item of clothing. Also we asked to check out 30 min later and we had to pay for it, I do not mind paying for extra time but for only 30 min it’s not ideal.
