Shibuya Creston Hotel

Amazing location if you like laid back area to stay but close to the chaos of scramble.

Its not a fancy place but does the job as long as your not precious youll be fine

Accueil à une heure tardive tout à fait agréable. Bon niveau d’anglais et bonne réactivité à mes demandes.

The location was great. 10 minutes walk from the Shibuya crossing.

It is an old fashioned hotel. The decor is outdated and room organization is not optimal. They still use the method of leaving the (single & real) key in the front desk, which requires scheduling and wastes valuable time. We tried the breakfast once, and learned our lesson. BTW, the breakfast area consists of Japanese dining table which are not suited for people with back problems. One day two of us came back early and the rooms were being cleaned. One room was left unlocked for at least an hour and 15 minutes while we waited. At some point we had enough and entered the room before the process was over.
