The Villa Rosa Hotel & Self-catering Apartments

Le petit dejeuner est excellent. la chambre et la maison sont très jolies, ambience old victorian house près de la mer et à proximité des restaurants dans un quartier safe et agréable.

I loved how Chelsea met me at the door and made me feel so welcome. She upgraded my room and it was beautiful. However, as I had people above me it was a little noisy. Think next time I would prefer a room upstairs. The breakfast was delicious. The hot breakfast wasn't a choice breakfast, but what they served was delicious. There was also fresh fruit, yoghurt and an added benefit was that as a guest I could help myself to cappuccino or tea as well as a lovely piece of cake or rusks. The whole experience makes you feel like royalty and I would recommend this place to anyone travelling along or with a partner. Also find out about their self-catering option. Really beautiful and affordable. This Air B&B's location in superb. I basically walked down Arthur Road and was in Main Street where all the restaurants and main hub of activity in Sea Point is. It is also within walking distance from the promenade.

The noise factor, just people walking on the wooden floors upstairs especially when they came in later.

Studio grand, très confortable, le personnel est très agréable. Je recommande !

À part peut-être la localisation dans la ville, rien à redire !

Location was good

It wasn’t made clear to us that service to the self-catering apartments were not included in the price. We were not informed that we could receive fresh towels and there was no follow up from the staff during our stay.
