Room is clean, but minimum amenities. Highest star for the staff and their helpfulness. Very basic amenities, bring your own hair cleaning products, dental kit etc.

We stayed at Sea Point location for a few days and the front desk and staff were very accommodating. Initially, there was an issue with the breakfast buffet which was supposed to be included; however, management was able to resolve it with the third-party booking party.
I really appreciated the concierge at Protea Sea Point. Asa and Aqeela were very efficient and worked well with our group of 5. The Airport Shuttle was a fee, but the service was excellent...I would definitely use this hotel again!
