The room was way better than we expected and the view at sunset was spectacular! We were on the 5th floor and our bedroom balcony had the best sunset views and over looked the beach. Check in was very smooth and easy, Mei checked us in and was happy to see us, took her time to explain everything about the facilities and encouraged us to use the free spa facilities, in fact Mei was amazing, friendly and welcoming every time we saw her. All the staff were really nice but Mei is the name and face we really remembered.
Room was better than expected, fully stocked bar and comfy bed and shower was really good, actually had decent pressure and got really hot!
Nothing really. The prices for the snacks and that in the room were a bit expensive but to be expected in Ibiza and can go over the road to the supermarket if really that bothered and they give you a free big bottle of water on arrival anyway.
