This is a beautiful resort located on a stunning beach. The facilities are excellent, the food is delicious, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. We had beautifully furnished rooms, with lots of space, and comfortable beds with mosquito nets. The food choice in the restaurant is excellent, all fresh ingredients and carefully prepared and cooked.
There was very little to find fault with. Could we suggest more shower facilities for people who have late departing flights as we had to queue for a long time to take a shower. Also better lighting in the bedrooms as it gets dark quite early in the evenings. But overall we had no complaints.

This is a beautiful resort. The accommodation is clean, very comfortable, and nicely furnished. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and planted with lovely trees and shrubs. It is situated on a spectacular beachfront location where we could swim or enjoy a range of watersports. The food is excellent, the staff are really friendly and provided us with great service.
It is hard to find anything negative to say. Our only poor experience was eating in one of the specialist restaurants where we found service to be slow as it seemed there were not enough staff on serving duty. But this aside we had a wonderful 5 day stay.

The staff were helpful from the moment we stepped onto the property, the check in process very fast and explanations were clear. they sprayed for mosquitoes everyday which was good. The food was exceptionally great. Access to the beach was at our fingertips. Keep up the great work.
There were no designated smoking areas people smoked everywhere giving non Smokers forced secondary smoking. We asked for extra blankets for two nights in a row and they never brought them to the room even though we walked to reception to physically ask again after the failed delivery the previous day. That was the dissapointment but overall it was an awesome stay

Waiters always making sure you good and if u need anything
No room service exists. No personal hygiene kits (comb, dental care, cotton buds etc). Requested a wake up call- nobody woke us up, requested baggy for checking out-no baggy arrived, had to carry our luggage up the hill. Couple cockroaches in the room
