It was literally inside the galleries which was amazing very central
Quite loud till about 10 as there are restaurants under you in the galeries but we slept fine

The room was brand new and that was a Tub in the bathroom that was amazing after a day of walking. Bed was comfortable too, the only thing i missed was a mini fridge in the room. great location, near everything and less than 10 minute walk to the station.
Just missed a mini fridge inside the room

The staff were fantastic — friendly, patient and helpful. It was spacious and peaceful throughout, with excellent artworks and books available. Comfy beds! And quiet.
Nothing!

location, location and location
I booked duplex room for first time and was not very nice, in this case with narrow stairs.
there is not 24/7 reception staff, lobby hall doesn’t exit and breakfast buffet is very basic (additionally seems this breakfast space uses space of an Italian restaurant that I saw during night walks)
