Quite good at the top ,great view. Flat not suitable for small children or elderly as very very steep stairs. But perfect for anyone that likes privacy. The flat is a nice size
There's a drug dealer next door comeing and going .Police are on the street most days . Theres no cleaning stuff or brush or hair dryer .the sheets on the bed were stained and pillows. Few stains on the carpets. Could do with a hover in the flat .

The sofa was broken. Not comfortable.

Location
Our bedroom didn't have wardrobe, there was 1 up a further flight of stairs, in room in attic, which made it 2 bedroom.

Location close to bridlington. Walk away from town and beech.
Our flat 3 isn't good for stairs for people over 70 . Also was told no parking but people parked their cars who stayed
