The rooms were clean and spacious plenty of tea and coffee in room.
The beds were very firm.
The breakfast was poor diluted fruit juice and the coffee in breakfast room was disappointing.

Everything

Location
TV in room didn’t work, no tap on bath shower head only trickled and seals all around the bath were black in places and not sealed properly, room smelt to high heaven of cigarettes, windows were falling apart, bathroom door didn’t lock, bedroom door struggled to close and lock, very dated bedrooms. Even curtains were just about hanging up.
