Location and they don’t charge you extra for parking and staff are very friendly
There was a problem with the water in the room
But the receptionist move me to another area where the problem wasn’t there thank you
Did not like the dinner no taste flavour to the soup main course felt very microwaved and the ice cream add water ice on it and very chewy yes chewy ice cream

We thought the location was good and so glad of the parking.
Swimming pool was a bonus
We had to pay £1 for a towel and pool card, didn't see that anywhere written down.
The room is 20 years put of date the bed base was ripped, carpet was burnt and the two single beds very uncomfortable.
The bathroom radiator was also on all night making the room boiling.
When we left at 4am we were locked out from the side door and the main reception was locked and had to call a number - I didn't take my phone to my car but eventually a night guard showed up.
