I really enjoyed the Bulgarian dance night. It was a spectacle! The parking was also huge because I am not a good driver so I could park safely haha

I liked the kitchen! The food was always hot and freshly cooked and delicious. I was surprised how good it was because it’s all-inclusive. Pool was clean, but we spent more time at the beach. The sea was very close and luckily there was a free beach area right next to the hotel, because at other places you have to pay for sun-beds to stay at the beach! Kids entertainment is very good.
Sometimes the queue for dinner is too long because too many people are going to eat at the same time. Good that the staff brings our fresh food through the whole duration of the dinner so you can be late and still eat a hot meal

We like the location and food.
We didn't like the staff in reception, they are a little angry to each other because the barrier in the parking lot had to be open from the inside but the man who was supposed to open it was not there. And we had to wait a little more than we should have. There is nothing in bathroom like shampoo and conditioner, it was only shower gel.
