The parking hassle as I had an elderly person with me.Furing checkre was a big event at the hotel during my check out out Ihad to validate my parking card enter again put all my bags in validate my parking a second time before exiting the parking area.A bit cumberson but still manageable

I loved the rooms, the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel. The house keeping staff were very kind and good to us
The waiters at breakfast were very helpful and pleasant. The front desk staff were kind and considerate
The lounge area staff served us drinks and food, he was courteous
Its too crowded with overbooked events.
These events should be held in event rooms away from the lobby area. It caused the Lobby to be crowded, not enough parking. Loud, busy and noisy
It cheapens the ambience of the hotel
Some people were blasting quaranic verses in their rooms in the day, evening and night. Inconsiderate of disturbing other guests
The breakfast was nice but the spread can be improved with more items or at least change up the menu a little every day
