The staff was very friendly and the overall cleanliness was very good.
The room is a bit small but overall cosy. The bathroom was also a bit small and as previously noted by other customers, the water leaks outside the shower. But it's still manageable.

Exactly like the photos. We enjoyed our little balcony. The room was nice although the mezzanine bed is up a ladder and is only suitable for fit and brave people (the kids were too scared to go up). Note that the main reception is in another building up the road. They kindly let me use the wifi for an hour after we checked out.
It was all great and Rethymno is a lovely town.

Très bonne établissement et la chambre vraiment très agréable .
En plein centre et proche de la plage à pied 👍
Aucune place de parking ce qui peut être très compliqué pour ce garer après les sorties pour certaines visites

Good location, central
Ok-ish for a one night stay
Old mattress that stunk of sweat
Extremely thin walls, and no sound proofing, you can hear the neighbors snoring
It seems to be the hotel choice for partying people so there is noise and banging of doors all night through
