Minasi HanoiOi Lakeside Hotel

We had a fantastic stay in Hanoi and the Namisa Lakeside hotel played a great part in that. The hotel staff was very accommodating, especially the ladies at the front desk, Mss. Quinn and mss. Sarah, who made our stay truly unforgettable.

No changes to breakfast. Need changes. All 4 mornings, the variety was the same.

The staff were amazing. I had issues with flight delays and cancellations and then had an issue with my visa. The manager Nam was so helpful in getting this sorted. The location is also great. With an easy walking distance from exploring the old quarter and very close to the lake.

The location was very good, close to the southern part of the lake and slightly away from the busiest streets. It was central but still relatively quiet. The staff was kind and helped us solve a few problems during our stay.

We booked a Junior Suite, but unfortunately the room did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price. The shower had problems and was leaking, although the receptionist kindly helped us find a solution. The bathroom also had visible mould around the shower and bathtub area. Some towels had holes, the blackout curtain looked very worn and stained, and even the clean bed linen had a tear. Overall, the room was clean enough, but the general condition and quality of the furnishings were disappointing. For this reason, we felt that the value for money was quite poor.
