The location was amazing. The staff were really lovely & accommodating.
This hotel was ok - I was bombarded with comms via email and booking.com. I had a spa there and it wasn't great. There were people yelling in the corridors and the room was freezing wouldn't recommend. The room was fine although absolutely tiny and the bathroom was the smallest bathroom I have seen.

Location is amazing and staff went above and beyond. Great restaurant and the rooftop bar was also a hit. A really enjoyable stay.

Location, staff, room and breakfast
The only drawback was the set of curved stairs to the lobby. When I arrived at midnight there was no one to assist me with my luggage

Location is great and nearby to many amenities. Staff are friendly and helpful and willing to listen to problems and complaints. Liam’s kindness and willingness to address issue are highly commendable.
Toilet in room 805 required overhaul or serious maintenance. Old building structure could be the root cause but the constant uncomfortable smell from the toilet make people sick when using the bathroom.
