The apartment was spotless and had everything you need for a short stay in Krakow.
There was nothing to dislike.

The property is spacious and very clean. As well as being very well presented and it is in a good location. Very good communication from the owner to add to its excellence!
Nothing. Take care not to bump your head on the sloping roof.

Good location, lots of nice cafes around. Quiet inside, spacious rooms. Furnished to a high standard
1) on very hot days there was no aircon remote, we had to ask multiple times and host kept on asking us to keep searching within the property. It was clear that the remote was missing. It took the whole day for them to admit and give us new ones.
2) Only 2x half rolls of toilet paper provided for 4 people for 3 nights. When asked, they said they will deliver the next day!! Are we expected to simply not use the toilet? We had to buy our own. We also had to buy laundry detergent.
3) the textiles were very dusty, such as sofa and curtains, as soon we entered the property we could not stop sneezing + having runny nose. No amount of allergy medicine could help.
