Convenient location, comfortable room, felt safe.
Could have done with an extra pillow each. You hear a bit of noise from outside, but that is expected given the location.

Great location close to shopping, eating, transportation
Unlike previous stays the bed was very uncomfortable, tv didn't work most of the time, kitchen wasn't as well equipped as in previous stays.

Great location, lovely space. Had everything you need for a stay that I planned. The staff have been amazing and super supportive and helpful.

Location was perfect for what I needed which was to be close to town .. check in and details to check in were simple and easy to do.. even though we were central I didn’t really hear much noise I was on top floor. I thought toiletries, tea/coffee were brilliant extras, also I had extra pillows and blankets which were handy , plenty of plugs, towels, beds were comfy and layout was a good size and it was clean throughout my room just a little tried, shower also had a good pressure too.
If I had to pick things to improve I’d say.. it was just a bit tired.. the blinds were broken, curtain didn’t fit the window in kitchen area, spray for cleaning bathroom left in shower and no plug over shower hole.. no teaspoons.. I think these are really only small things that can be improved to make it a brilliant accommodation, I really liked the convenience of self check in.. communal areas were clean but did smell strongly of cannabis not sure if that was from outside but we smelt it as we came into bottom floor.
