The room was large, comfortable and very clean with lots of storage. The fridge in the room.
The en-suite was really small with no room for a shelf, the bed was quite comfortable, but the mattress was a bit lumpy. Although I had asked for vegan gluten free breakfast this hadn't been accounted for. The breakfast choice was therefore limited.

Very good location, short walk from the seafront and town centre area. Good sized room, clean and comfortable. All refurbished building, with good quality modern fittings. Excellent breakfast, and excellent value.
Bathroom was a little bit small, and door from bedroom to bathroom would not fully close.

The breakfast was excellent with a large choice to suit everyone.
The owner was very friendly & attentive, welcoming us on arrival & showing us all of the facilities.
It was great being able to park on site & for free.
Nothing at all, everything was good!

The hotel in general was very clean and tidy. The room was ok with plenty of space and a nice sea view.
The breakfast had very little choice if you didn't want a full english. The full english was brought to the table before we had finished our cereal so we sent it back resulting in when it returned it was luke warm and the eggs had solidified. It would have been nice if there had been a bar in the hotel.
