Excellent location. Staff were polite , friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast which was buffet style. Plenty of choice and enjoyable.
Nothing to complain about but the room was a bit basic. Fine for a long weekend away.

Near to rail and bus station, very quiet, breakfast excellent, friendly staff
Lift out of order on one occasion , difficulty getting up and down stairs

All the staff were excellent……the food and presentation was superb….we looked forward to dinner every night!
Nothing was too much trouble for waitresses Kung….she was passionate about her job,and was very helpful and humorous
Excellent value….refuse to say anything negative
….would return….there was nothing major that we disliked….apart from when we arrived the receptionist was helping another customer,and the lady by her side,sorting book work couldn’t be bothered to look up and greet us…not a good first impression.

The food we bought at hotel was lovely breakfast was dry greasy and didn't enjoy at all
PARKING was dreadful couldn't park in tiny car park I'm disabled and had to drive round for several hrs before eventually getting a space to unpack and check in
LIFT was filthy didn't seem to ever clean it
BREAKFAST greasy and overcooked and not even hot
EVEN outside the front of hotel beer cans pizza boxes full ashtrays just left very unappealing
Would not return
