Clean , large rooms , friendly staff
Alexandra at the front desk checked me in and assisted me for the following 3days and also helped me extend 1 of my rooms for a late check out and complete my bills. I could tell she was new but did a great job and I see her elevating into a branded chain for the future. Overall great staff
I booked 2x 2 twin rooms and 1 king and not in any room was complete toiletry kits .. toothpaste and toothbrush’s. Also zero iron and ironing board in any room. On the 4floor they had an ironing room with 3 irons and boards for the complete hotel to use with no hanging rails in the room if you were to iron more than 1 item. That was a complete disaster of an idea to say it’s such a lovely hotel. Also they should have some halal food options.

Perfect location, 15 min walk to Vitosha boulevard, otherwise there is a tram stop in front of hotel. Rooms are very spacious as seen in the pictures. Good breakfast, checkout time 12 pm is perfect. Tried the asian fusion restaurant, food and cocktails were amazing. Spa area was nice and included in our room rate (not always). Easy check in and check out.
Quality of coffee and tea could be improved at the breakfast.

We visit Sofia every year and have tried a different hotel everytime, we no longer need to try others as this is our hotel now.
Very clean, modern, good sized rooms, very friendly and helpful staff.
7 restaurants, casino, entertainment, wellness Centre, everything you need, our only negative is that we should of booked more nights.
There seriously was nothing we didn't like.
