Superb hotel in the middle of a great city. The staff were wonderful, the suite was excellent, plenty of space. We had a brilliant stay and will definitely be back.
Everything we needed and wanted was there. The staff were friendly and genuinely happy to assist. The panoramic view from our balcony on the ninth floor was breath-taking with the snow covered mountains rounding out the wonderful city scene.
The gym was functional for a pretty good workout, but could do with a few new machines.

The location is great and the room was comfortable
We stayed in the corner suite.
The room was big, but the layout was not very good. I was expecting more attentive and proactive service, but I had to remind the staff several times about some amenities I thought would be provided automatically. I personally feel uncomfortable asking many times about such things, so in the end I decided to stop asking.
