A good option for one night stay near Petra. The owner was kind and quick to answer any questions we had.

Very nice and helpful host. Basic room with good bed and WIFI. Great breakfast. Great parking and very quiet area 10 min walk from more touristy areas. Walk 2 min down the street for amazing sunset over the Petra mountains. Bathroom could do with an update but overall very good value.

Very friendly host. Cosy and typical setting. Typical Jordan home cooked dinners.

For the price, considering Petra, it was bearable. The stone construction from the outside, the patio area and the breakfast room were tastefully designed and set up. The AC was perfect The location was close to the centre, if you have a car. Private parking was a bonus The fresh breakfast was excellent. The owner was kind and helpful
It was not dirty, but everything about the bedroom / bathroom was old and beyond it's time. The toilet cistern leaked and the shower sprayed all over the floor. The bedroom carpets were badly fitting and felt dirty. The decor was dull and just felt in need of renovation. Outside of the room were too many unexpected things, like an old bed, a mattress, and old furniture. The stone steps to the entrance, whilst authentic were a challenge with luggage.

"Abu Ali is the best host. Very kind and accommodating. As it was still fresh he even heated up the room for us, so it was cosy when we arrived from Petra. Breakfast is amazing!"
