The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean but slightly dated. Overall, it is a great place to stay for the price. The staff was above and beyond! I forgot my wedding ring and did not realize until we were all the way in Seattle, when I called, they went straight to the room and secured them in the office until my sister could come pick them up. I greatly appreciate their honesty and integrity.
The in-wall Ac/Heating unit was loud.

The housekeeping staff was extremely nice and helpful. Love the proximity to 1st street. The 24hr coffee shop was a godsend since I traveled from the east coast and was up way, WAY early. Thank you.
Rooms are dated but that's not a big detractor. I love that the room key worked every time I used it. Every hotel I stay in there's always an issue with a key at least once but not with your hotel. Well done!

The location is conveniently located and staff were very friendly. Check in/out was very efficient and easy. The inn was a good value and was clean.
The facility needs major updates- specifically bedding (very uncomfortable), air conditioning (the room was hot and the A/C would come on for 2 minutes and shut off. It's also very loud and comes on/off every few minutes), and the pipes are very loud when someone is taking a shower.
