Location
Outlets near the bed didn’t work. Shower gel was out in the shower.

The breakfast was sufficient-not as many options as some others, but good enough. The location was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
The fact that we had to carry our bags up a flight of stairs because there is no elevator was a little troublesome. Perhaps, if we had been told that before we made reservations, we would have requested the first floor. The fact that there was only one chair in the room was inconvenient, but we asked for another and helpful staff got us one.
