I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very clean, with pleasant surroundings and friendly staff. The location was convenient for visiting the city's attractions. The outdoor light show with music and projections was a particular highlight.

Very good rooms and facilities. Great staff.
I would say dinner at the restaurant wasn’t good. The servers were slow and not attentive.

Excellent rooms & housekeeping. Very clean & comfy beds.
Lack of staff on the rooftop. We waited 90mins+ for food & drinks, felt very sorry for the only member of staff running up & down the hotel floors without colleagues. A mixture of hospitality from staff, some were lovely, others rude & lack of options of drink products, especially wine, the hotel kept running out of everything. We ended up at the supermarket which we didn’t expect from this standard of hotel.
Location isn’t ideal, we had to order taxis everyday which was disappointing as the traffic is terrible.
