Great location for the metro, restaurants and galleries

AC was a bit old/noisey

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel had all the facilities and comforts we needed for a family stay. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and well equipped, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and overall, everything was very comfortable.

There was very little to complain about regarding the hotel itself. One suggestion for improvement concerns the payment process via Booking.com. Shortly after making my fully refundable booking, I received a message asking me to pay upfront through the hotel’s dedicated payment page within 48 hours. Although this turned out to be legitimate, it was initially unexpected and made me concerned that the message might be a scam. It would be helpful if Booking.com clearly explained that such payment requests can be legitimate, so guests can feel confident and avoid having to contact the hotel to verify them. Unfortunately, Booking.com customer service was not responsive when I tried to clarify the situation.

Room

We booked 4 days , 3 nights . And for 3 nights our room was next door to the cleaning office. By 8 am there was too much noise. We could not sleep in . I understand if we booked 1 night , but 3 nights is too much. My booking was made several months ago. I thought it would have been in a better location and not next to the cleaning office supplies!!! Horrible. Location also very busy street . Very noisy.
