The location-quiet, & tranquil. Lovely to be able to sit outside in the sun. Great proximity to local pub with delicious food. Close to beautiful Grassington-a nice walking distance along the public footpath & back via the river.

It is a very small, very quiet and hidden away cabin. It had all we needed for a one night stay. We were very grateful for the outside space.
The owner replied promptly to all our messages and was very friendly and helpful.
There was no where to put anything. No shelves in the bathroom, nowhere to put shampoo or soap. Nowhere to put the unnecessary cushions, or our own clothes.

Very clean, superb location, easy check in without any fuss.
Bed was a little small, some unclean utensils, parking was off site.

This garden room felt a bit cramped full size kitchen units gave little spare space ,i think best suited for solo traveler ,no where to hang things
Mattress seamed a bit big and squishy
Little things like half a loo roll , no ware to hang things in bathroom and main room
A few photos of how you got to it would have helped its not normal to go through a gate with out a name on it and under someones washing on the line to find where you stay
Parking is not out side but across the road not realy a problem if you could park outside to drop things off
Pub was nice and welcoming after a long day outside food ok
I felt the owner had not got it quite righ more reserch in how to furnish a small place
Close to where you could get an evening meal
