My family and I had a great stay. The house was the perfect size for our group. The view of the bay was amazing and made for a perfect evening setting. The house was very clean and accommodating with household products and kitchen accessories. This house was the perfect getaway and made for a great, relaxing week. The hosts were excellent with communication and accommodations.

Great house and location. Has everything we need for a great stay on LBI.

Our stay exceeded every expectation. The location is truly unbeatable — just a short walk to both the bay park and the ocean beach, giving us the best of both worlds. Mornings were the highlight of our trip: we’d head out early for long walks along the water, with a cool ocean breeze keeping things comfortable even as the day warmed up. There’s something special about starting the day that way, coffee in hand, watching the town wake up.The house itself is well appointed and clearly cared for. Everything we needed was there, thoughtfully arranged, and the space felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. It made settling into vacation mode effortless.Beyond the house, the neighborhood made the trip. It’s friendly, clean, and sits right on the water, which gave the whole stay a peaceful, easygoing feel. Neighbors were warm, the streets were quiet, and everything felt well maintained — the kind of place where you can tell people take pride in their community.Whether we were relaxing on the patio, walking to the bay, or heading to the ocean for the afternoon, everything was close and convenient. It made for a low-stress, high-enjoyment vacation, exactly what a beach trip should be.We left feeling completely recharged and are already looking forward to booking another stay. For anyone considering LBI, this house and this neighborhood are a fantastic choice — comfortable, beautiful, and perfectly located between the bay and the ocean. Highly recommend! 10/10!

We had a great week at the beach house! We loved watching the sunsets over the bay from the deck and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals and the house had everything you’d need for the beach (chairs, cart) plus several other games. The house was clean and on a quiet street, the kids often played ball or rode scooters in the street after we finished the beach for the day. We would definitely return!
