Location. Comfortable room.
Requested housekeeping twice and they didn't show up. Coffee service in the room was practically non existent. Hotel does not offer a decent breakfast service. Just some prepackaged cold muffins for purchase. One of tgev3 days we were there nobody showed up to provide that service.

Beautiful decor. Very helpful staff.
Parking was shared with the mall. There was no close parking for the hotel. The hotel was not easy to reach, due to construction.

Easy to get to the hospital. Daughter had a baby.
The lamp in the middle between the beds did not work and I took the bulb down to the front desk to get another one. Was told that no one from engineering was in to get another one and that it would be replaced the next day. The next day, no bulb.
I should have gone to a store and purchased one.
