The family room we were given was very comfortable. Eventhough there was barely any window but it did not feel claustrophobic. The ambience of the room was welcoming and relaxing.
What we didn't like was during breakfast we had to wait quite some time to finally eat or drink. It seemed understaffed and maybe that was why it took so long for the buffet to be ready.

Beds very comfortable Very clean hotel
The $209 Aust dollars they freeze from yr bank account and it takes over a week to unfreeze YOUR money, instead of just holding yr card details & simply giving it back once yr room has been checked on dep…. Been in Malaysia 3 wks travelling around & no other hotel did this. If they did we’d have no money to spend in this beautiful country!! Then asked for ice & told they don’t have any!!! Maybe install an ice machine on some floors!! A very simply , popular request to

It was over priced for what you got. No coffee/ tea making facilities in the room.
