Fantastic staff, great buffet breakfast and large clean room. The only downside is traffic noise from the street below

We liked how we where always acknowledged by the staff when we left the hotel and returned to the hotel
And also when we went for breakfast that the staff would always greet us and have a bit of friendly banter
We have been fortunate to visit many hotels in the past and we feel your staff certainly deliver when it comes to greeting and acknowledging guests.

Nice stay at this hotel. Clean and comfortable although central aircon is a bit too noisy.
Nothing fantastic on the view as the window is facing an old building. F want better view then need to upgrade the room.
Tv screen is not exactly sharp but still decent enough to watch.
Location is great with Imbi LRT just across and Lalaport bus terminal within walking distance.
Staffs are helpful and friendly. Took initiative to check on my room services daily.
Can consider to stay again for my next trip if taking coach to KL again.
