Nersan

L’emplacement est idéal ! On n’aurait pas pu trouver mieux pour ce rapport qualité prix. Le lit était très spacieux et confortable, chambre propre climatisée, la pression de l’eau à la douche nickel. Tout était parfait. Pas de stress avec les retards d’avion ou autres car les clés sont accessibles à n’importe quelle heure (boîte à clé).

I liked the location. Close to plaza España, Gran via, bus and metro. I like the security to enter. Doble doors locked. It was clean

Based on the negative reviews I’ve seen of this hotel I feel like many people are far too use to staying in a 5 star hotel. However Nersan is a hostal and as such it’s perfect! I stayed 3 nights with my 7 year old daughter. The room was comfortable, the bed was comfortable, it had AC and TV, it had an area to hang some clothes and a top to leave others folded on, the shower worked perfectly without fault and yes we did have to climb to a 4th floor (I don’t like elevators) but unless you’re elderly or have health issues I don’t see what the problem is! It is true that you can hear other people in the rooms next door but only if they are shouting or not respecting the times where silence is requested. We loved it and will definitely like to stay there again.

It could have done with some hand soap in the bathroom (we ended up just using the shower gel provided).

Location was just a footstep away from Gran Via making it comfortable for those exploring Madrid.

Had to wait for an hour outside to get the check-in information. It would have been great if this was made before my arrival so that I could check-in as I arrive. Air conditioner was working well but it had water leakage causing flood all over the floor. I had to put the bin underneath to avoid flooding.
