Location gets 5 stars. Short walk to beach access . Short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Don't miss Blue Mountain Creamery ice cream and Blue Mountain Bakery for wraps and sweets both just a short walk. Both are excellent.Cleanliness gets 2 stars. Found pee stained sheets on the convertible sofa bed. Stained decorative and bed pillows. Amenities gets 3 stars. No outdoor grill. No beach towels, chairs or anything useful. Pool is bleh. No hot tub spa.Interior showing it's age.Trouble connecting upstairs TVs to internet. Different remotes everywhere. Not intuitive to use. Washer and dryer in open area adjacent to kitchen and living room. Noisy when in use.Decently stocked kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes and glassware. No ice maker in the freezer.Two covered parking spaces. Front door access has a couple of short flights of stairs. Not a problem for us but could be with mobility limitations.Plenty of jigsaw puzzles. We completed 3 during our visit.Communication gets 4 stars- management company responds within 24 hours. They sent someone out to resolve the upstairs TV issue. Overall it deserves 4 stars primarily because of the location. There are 3 condominiums in each building with only 3 mostly full time residents who are very pleasant. Compared to several other properties we stayed at this one is just average EXCEPT the location which is excellent.

Great Location, great facilities, nice and private if wanted privacy, well managed and maintained, no problems. Would definitely stay again.

I really like the property, the house was very confortable for the family very clean it has all comforts an excellent place to enjoy the beach 100% I recommend it and I will book again

This property is just as promised! Very spacious, everything you need! Communication was amazing not too little or too much and no issues at all with the whole process. One thing I will say just about this town in general—the public beach here is TINY so be prepared for that if it is busy season. 100% recommend this condo though!
