Mr Beyaz Hotel Sisli Istanbul

Thank you to the staff and thank you to Mr. Ali… The staff are very respectful and helpful… Good breakfast… and the place is clean

Just walk 5 minutes to reach a main street

Great location, friendly staff. I will go again . Thank you

All good

Rooms were great and the reception was very welcoming

The location was good but still due to the steep roads it was very exhausting to reach

The hotel staff kept their promise and moved us to the originally booked rooms the following day.

We booked two double rooms, but upon arrival, we were informed that our reserved rooms were occupied. Instead, we were offered alternative rooms, all without windows and located in different buildings. We agreed to stay in these rooms temporarily, on the condition that we would be moved to our originally booked rooms the following day. Despite the inconvenience, we paid the full amount for our entire stay upon check-in. Although the hotel staff fulfilled their promise and moved us the next day, we still had to spend our first night in rooms that did not match our booking or expectations. A confirmed reservation should guarantee the advertised accommodation from the first day, without requiring additional arrangements upon arrival. Although the issue was eventually resolved, the check-in experience left a negative impression.
