Rasul, Semy and his colleagues were very professional and courteous.
I wouldn't have minded a coffee kettle, cup etc in the room and the wait for the iron box could be better.

Everything was perfect, the bedroom is stylish clean and spacious, the location is great too, Semy is a wonderful and helpful host, he upgraded us and offered us a fresh fruits plate, I wished I could stay longer, I’ll definitely go back next time when I’m visiting Istanbul.

I stayed 11 nights in this hotel and it was absolutely great decision. The location was perfect with many restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance. The staff were kind and friendly always checking on you to see if you needed anything or what they can do to make your stay better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Istanbul.
