Avis et évaluations
Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
The room and bathroom were large and clean! Housekeeping do a great job.
The lifts in the morning take forever! Higher floors seem to get priority on the call button. Shower over bath - the bath is very tall making climbing out in the wet slightly challenging.

It was very convenient as we were passing through Bologna. The front desk staff at check-in and check out were exceptional. A helped us charge our car and then called the rental car company.
The pillows were tough!

It was very clean, a big room, the staff was very nice.
Poor breakfast, the hotel is far from city center. we have to take the bus wich didn t arrive on time not once! Very poor connection to city center.

Some desk staff were friendly, bar and restaurant staff were not
There were ants in the room and the mini bar stock is not consistent across rooms, was also a mid match of room amenities left by housekeeping
