The location was excellent as could leave car and walk into town. Breakfast was amazing a lot of variety

Overall very high quality.
Excellent, friendly helpful staff
Good location with easy walk to town centre.
On busy road. Although set back from road, difficult exit due to traffic volume.
Minor problems with bathroom.

Lynne was warm, calm & welcoming. Everything about the hotel is clean, well maintained & comfortable. I can thoroughly recommend Lynne’s porridge. We found her local knowledge helpful. Free WiFi & area guides made it easy to plan our days out. Both she & her assistant Tracey responded quickly & willingly to our requests. Staying at The Hill Hotel was an absolute pleasure.
People with mobility issues might find the spiral staircase a challenge but we had no problems.
