Looked nice from the outside and had parking.

Was literally under a railway line. Decor was tired. Beds squeaked. Mould in shower. Rusty radiator. Dirty spoons in drawer. Crumbs on sofa. Dog smell.

Great location, ideal for weekend break. 3 bathrooms so great for 2 couples. Own parking space, premium for Whitstable. Was ready earlier than check in which was really good.

Only draw back is proximity to railway line. Suggest have ears plugs.

The beds were very creaky Directions to find it could be a little clearer - down the driveway next to the florist

* Excellent location – ideal for exploring the area, with shops and amenities nearby. * Lovely house – comfortable, well equipped and a great place to stay. * Friendly, communicative host – very helpful and responsive throughout. * Parking available – great to have the option, despite the tricky driveway. * Lovely courtyard garden – a really nice little outdoor space. * Well-equipped kitchen – lots of equipment available, although we didn’t use much of it ourselves. * Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend the property.

* Trains can be quite loud at night with the windows open, although this wasn’t a major issue overall. * Driveway is very narrow and tricky to access, with quite a lot of clutter. You also have to reverse all the way out directly onto a main road, which can be difficult. * Only one proper shower for two bedrooms. The second bathroom has a shower attachment over the bath, but the sloped ceiling makes it unsuitable for properly showering. * No tea or coffee provided, which would have been a nice touch, although these are easy enough to buy locally. * Bedrooms could benefit from fans, particularly during hot weather. It was very warm during our stay, and the radiators were also on when we woke up on the first morning, which made it even hotter.
