The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a short or longer stay. Easy to find and get the keys. The kitchen is well-stocked. The host responds quickly. The location is great, right in the old town. Time your sightseeing around town to the early mornings or evenings when the cruise ships are gone.

I enjoy a softer bed, but this one is very soft. There were three different online forms that we needed to fill out for the stay, which seemed excessive.

Great place to stay in old town Kotor. It’s like a home away from home. We had everything we needed. The washing machine was great after a week on the road. Some people have complained about the church bells. They start at six in the morning. Wonderful. Just turn around and sleep one more hour.

The only thing I can think of is that it would be nice to an extra set of keys. Not really a problem. Else everything is great.

The location is definitely the best part of this place. Close to a city gate, close to tour agencies and restaurants, on a lively square. The air conditioning was quiet and icy cold.

The (public) stairs up to the apartment are filthy. Covered in cat excrement, algae from air con outflows, food that people leave out for the cats. The apartment itself is ok. It’s comfortable but it’s not charming, it’s just old and tired. A few lights lacked bulbs, the door handle came off in our hands whenever we tried to close the door. I’m not sure Christmas decorations are necessary design features year-round. Booking.com lists check-in time as 1pm but when we arrived we were told it was 3pm. No drama though, we let ourselves in and dropped off our bags then went out and came back at 3pm. Never saw the hosts, all communication was through Booking.com and WhatsApp.
