Located in the heart of the old town approx 300 metres from the bus station, this charming property is just steps from a traditional Konobar Restaurants / Cafe and sits directly on the path leading to the fortress ruins, an ideal base for exploring the area. Clean and modernish with a Montenegrin character, it also offers convenient shared facilities, including a bathroom with a washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. In the evenings, the gentle sound of a classical guitarist playing familiar tunes adds to the unique and memorable atmosphere.

The location is amazing. We rented a car in Croatia and drove to Kotor, where parking is difficult. Ask the host and she'll give you a recommendation, but we couldn't find a spot there. Instead, there's a lot called Parking Autoboka next to City Park that charges 0.90 EUR/hour. We left our car there for two nights and paid about 40 EUR. That was the cheapest we found. It's about a 10 min walk from the flat. The room is nice -- just remember to turn on the hot water! There's a fridge in the room, and a full kitchen downstairs. It's just off a little square and there was a wonderful guitar player out there for a really nice old town vibe. You can hear it clearly from inside the flat, but the noise stops plenty early and we didn't have trouble sleeping at all.

The host DOES NOT register you for the city tax, which you MUST DO as they may ask for proof at the border! You have to go to the office nearby and do it within 24 hours, but it's quick and easy and the host can direct you there. In terms of the room, the door beeps loudly every time you open it and won't stop until you close it, which we found extremely annoying, especially because you can hear the neighbor's door beeping from inside the flat.

Fantastic location, communicative host. Understanding as we were a little late checking out. If you need, kitchen and fridge available.

Only nit picking here but strange smell in the kitchen when we stayed but that can be fixed. Also, mattresses on our beds could do with replacing and the doors beep madly/loudly when open which can disturb during the night.
