Upon arrival, the lady was very friendly and answered all our questions. The check-in process was quick, and she allowed us to leave our luggage since check-in was not until a few hours after our arrival. The location of the accommodation is great in terms of its proximity to the Vatican and the city center of Rome. However, the bus service is very infrequent, and the waiting times are quite long. Fortunately, there is also a metro station nearby. The apartment itself is minimally equipped. For example, a hairdryer is only available upon request, and there is no kettle or iron in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable, and all the outside noise could be heard indoors, even with the windows closed. Nevertheless, our overall stay was satisfactory, and the staff were very friendly. :)

The main downsides are definitely the beds and the lack of basic amenities such as a stove, an iron, and an electric kettle.
