HUGE SUPER BIG I WAS STAYED AT DELUXE ROOM FIRST CLASS DELUXE ROOM THERE IS A SEPARATE POOL SILENT POOL ATTENDANT WASANA GOOD EMPLOYEE HE KNOWS WHAT IS A POOL HE MAINTAIN THE SILENT AND AREA I LOVED MOSTLY MY ROOM TOILET SEPERATE FROM SHOWER AND TUB AREA SINK SEPERATE FOR ME AND MY TV AREA MILD LIGHT I LOVE CINNAMON BEY

The pool was large and clean. The restaurant had variety of tasty foods. The room was spacious and clean.

The staff need to learn to be polite. On arrival one family (British) had notifies change in their accommodation prior to arrival. It took nearly an hour for the staff to locate the email and sort them out with my help. Also most of them had full boarding and when they had drinks etc the staff were so rude when checking that the guest are not giving away the free drinks to others who were half boarded. Why would we behave so cheap. We are professionals ( the groom and bride and couple of others were doctors from Britain and I am a Lawyer and brought up in a civil manner. It was so upsetting and annoying the the way they checked us. They guest had the band around them so they could see that. Also when it is full board and only the ones who paid for it were using the facilities and not others . You may have come across people miss using the facilities but just because of that you don't assume and treat others like it. It was so embarrassing for us, as we organised the trip for them to come to SL and then to the hotel. You gave such a bad impression on the hospitality of SRi Lankans. On the first night, one of the staff brought in the receipt and asked whether we know the people who had drinks . They were on full board and the staff should 've got their signature before they left. I think your staff should learn to be more efficient and polite.
