Brilliant location, and the staff were so helpful with check in/out and being able to leave luggage. Really appreciated the shared facilities for complimentary tea/coffee and the lovely outdoor area to enjoy a cup of coffee.
The property is on a quiet street but street noise from the surrounding area really carries.

Clean, lovely decor, and modern style. The help yourself kitchen with coffee, tea, milk, and snacks was a nice touch. We had a little pool outside of our door. We also had a great time talking with Iator. He told us about local history and gave helpful suggestions where to go and eat.
The property itself was lovely however the drivers kept dropping us off at different locations. Something to do with the maps.

Facilities. Staff. New, clean, and well kept.
Comfort all around. AC didn't work well, which I guess is typical for Madrid. Beds were uncomfortable. The street noise was the worst part. The big windows allow all the street noise to come in. It's on a busy street, loud all through the night. Every bit of sound goes into the rooms, nothing is diffused. Our previous stay in Madrid, while also on a busy street, did not have this issue.
