Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
My stay was good and I like the hotel. Room is good and small as all london hotels. The area is good and everything around. The reception man always at night is excellent. He was helpful and he lesson and try to help.
Housekeeping need more attention because 2 days they did not fix my bed. They leave it as I left it in the mornings then I talked with receptionist two times and also I spoke to the housekeeping ladies twice. Otherwise everything is good and I enjoyed it.

Close to airport and shopping. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.
Lack of parking, laundry area not maintained.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious and nicely arranged, and the location was very convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were also smooth and easy.
The only small downside was the cleanliness of the room. There was some lint on the bedding and a noticeable amount of dust in the room, so the housekeeping could be improved a little. Other than that, everything was great and we had a very pleasant experience.

"Chambre très propre et confortable, très pratique pour une nuit non loin de l'aéroport. Accessible avec la SBahn."
