Loved the location, the comfortable beds, and the friendly staff. They even had umbrellas for us when it rained one day. It’s so close to the subway and the mall, making it incredibly convenient. We would definitely stay here again. Rooms are also clean and the room service was great.
The room was dark and only had side lights by the bed, a light under the tv, and one in the hallway, which didn’t extend light into the room. Also, we wish they had coffee brewing in the lobby. The cafe downstairs had friendly staff, but only one guy seemed to know what he was doing so it was incredibly slow. We tried having breakfast there, but after thirty minutes of waiting, our waitress never returned, so we gave up.

Room had all the basics, bed was comfortable (unusual for a hotel), bathroom was fitted to a good standard and it was quiet. Bar on 6th floor was a lovely space and we enjoyed having a drink on balcony one evening. Made use of umbrella lending one day, this was handy. Staff were all pleasant to deal with and housekeeping done well. Great location for exploring Manhattan.
Room wasn’t homely. Could do with some features to give it character and a few extra comforts.

I love how clean and spacious the room was.
The tv didn’t work at all! To expensive for the tv not to work. We called the front desk for someone to come and fix it but they said because of the rain.
